Iron Chef Canada is an exciting cooking competition show. It airs on Food Network Canada. The show first started on October 10, 2018.
The main host of the show is Gail Simmons. Chris Nuttall-Smith is the floor reporter. Jai West plays The Chairman. The show is made by Corus Entertainment. It is part of the popular Iron Chef series.
In each episode, chefs must use a secret ingredient. This ingredient has to be in every dish they make. The Chairman also adds a "culinary curveball." This is a surprise ingredient or tool. Chefs must use it in at least one dish during the competition.
The chefs compete in a special kitchen. It is called the "Monogram Kitchen Stadium."
