In August 2018, the program mostly worked with Nigerian girls, but it is open to girls from all over Africa.

The program has two main parts. First, girls learn important skills like managing money, thinking critically, and staying healthy. They also learn how to build confidence. After one year, they can apply for the Young Leader development program. Girls who don't get a spot can still attend yearly camps and listen to inspiring speakers. The girls in the program receive money to help pay for school fees, uniforms, and other supplies. In August 2018, more than 600 girls, aged 12 to 18, were part of the program.
