Jerome is a city in Idaho, United States. It is the main city, or county seat, of Jerome County. In 2020, about 12,349 people lived there.

Jerome is part of the Twin Falls area. It is the second largest city in Idaho's Magic Valley region. Only Twin Falls, which is about 10 miles (16 km) southeast, is larger. Jerome's economy mostly depends on farming. Dairy farming is a very important part of the local economy.

Jerome is actually a desert area. When the first settlers arrived, it was a desert with lots of basalt rocks. Only small bushes grew there.
