Kensington is in the north-central part of the town of Berlin. It's mainly found around where two roads meet: Connecticut Route 71 (also called New Britain Road or Main Street) and Connecticut Route 372 (known as Farmington Avenue). Other major roads like Route 9 and Route 571 pass by Kensington to the north and east.
