Kersey is a small, pretty village in Suffolk, England. It's known for its main street, which has a shallow stream crossing called "The Splash".
Kersey is also famous for a special type of woollen cloth called 'Kersey cloth'. There's even a color named after it: Kersey Green! This cloth was probably first made here, but later became popular in many other places.

Kersey is also part of an interesting story called 'The Kersey Time Slip'. In 1957, three Royal Navy cadets named William Laing, Michael Crowley, and Ray Baker claimed something strange happened. They said they traveled back in time when they entered the village during a training exercise. It's a fun local legend!
