Keystone shares its borders with several other communities. To the east, you'll find Cheval and Northdale. To the southeast is Citrus Park, and to the south is Westchase. All of these are also in Hillsborough County.
If you go west from Keystone, you'll reach East Lake in Pinellas County. To the north, Keystone borders Trinity and Odessa, which are in Pasco County.
