Kristian Konstantinov Kostov (Bulgarian: Кристиан Константинов Костов) is a talented singer from Bulgaria and Russia. He was born on March 15, 2000. Kristian became well-known after being a finalist in the first season of The Voice Kids Russia. He also came in second place in the fourth season of X Factor Bulgaria.
In 2017, Kristian proudly represented Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. He sang the song "Beautiful Mess" and finished in an amazing second place! In January 2018, he won the EBBA Public Choice award. A year later, in January 2019, he was one of seven singers who performed in the seventh season of Singer in China.

About Kristian's Life
Kristian Kostov was born in Moscow, Russia. His mother is from Kazakhstan, and his father is from Bulgaria. He has an older brother named Daniel and a younger sister named Sofia. Growing up, Kristian learned different languages from his family. He learned Bulgarian from his dad, English from his brother, and Kazakh from his grandfather.
Kristian's Music Journey
Starting Out: The Voice Kids and X Factor
Kristian's journey in music began when he joined the Russian version of The Voice. He was part of the very first season of The Voice Kids Russia. His coach was the famous singer Dima Bilan, who helped Kristian reach the finals of the show.
After his success in Russia, Kristian decided to try out for X Factor Bulgaria. Since he has Bulgarian roots, he was able to audition for the fourth season. He impressed the judges and became one of the top three male contestants to make it to the live shows. Kristian worked hard and became one of the finalists. In the end, he finished as the runner-up, which is a fantastic achievement!
2016–2018: First Songs and Eurovision

On October 7, 2016, Kristian released his very first song, "Ne si za men". It was released by Virginia Records and became quite popular in Bulgaria. He also sang on a song called "Vdigam Level" with Pavell and Venci Venc', which came out in November 2016.
A big moment for Kristian came on March 13, 2017. It was announced that he would represent Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017! He performed his song "Beautiful Mess" on the big stage. He did incredibly well, finishing in second place, which is Bulgaria's best result ever at Eurovision!
2019–Present: Singer in China
On January 11, 2019, Kristian was announced as one of the main performers on the seventh season of Singer. This is a very popular singing competition in China. Kristian was the youngest contestant in the show's history at just 18 years old! He competed against many experienced Chinese singers.
