La Blanca is a town in Guatemala. It is located in the San Marcos area. This town sits right on the shore of the Pacific Ocean.
La Blanca became its own separate town on January 23, 2014. Before that, it was part of a place called Ocos. When it was created, La Blanca also included two villages: Chiquirines and Pueblo Nuevo. It was the 30th new town in the San Marcos Department. In 2014, about 25,000 people lived in La Blanca.

- To the north, you'll find the town of Coatepeque. This town is in the Quetzaltenango Department.
- To the east, there are two towns: Coatepeque (again) and Retalhuleu. Retalhuleu is in the Retalhuleu Department.
- To the south, La Blanca touches the huge Pacific Ocean.
- To the west, it borders the town of Ocos. This is the town La Blanca used to be a part of.
