Landsdale is a lively suburb located north of Perth, Western Australia. It's part of the City of Wanneroo area. Landsdale is a mix of homes, shops, and light industries, making it a busy and interesting place to live and visit.

Landsdale's Past: From Farms to Homes
Landsdale started changing a lot in the late 1990s. Before that, it was mostly made up of market gardens (places where vegetables are grown for sale) and small farms. Over time, these areas began to be developed into homes and neighborhoods.
Before 1997 or 1998, Landsdale used to be much bigger. It included areas that are now separate suburbs like Darch and Madeley.

The main area for shops and services in Landsdale is called Landsdale Gardens. This is where you'll find most of the important places in the suburb.

It has club rooms, change rooms, a canteen, and parking. Local sports clubs use it, including the Kingsway Rockets football club, the Landsdale Lions Junior and Senior cricket club, and a small tee ball club.

Landsdale also has an ambulance station. This is located at the corner of Alexander Drive and Gnangara Road, ready to help in emergencies.
At the eastern end of Landsdale, you'll find the Perth International Telecommunications Centre. This is a big centre that helps with communication around the world.
Learning in Landsdale: Schools
Landsdale has several schools for students of different ages. There are two primary schools for younger students:

- Route 376: This bus travels from Mirrabooka bus station all the way to Whitfords railway station.
- Route 450: This bus takes residents to Warwick railway station. From Warwick, you can catch a train directly to Perth's city centre.
- Route 355: This route also goes to Whitfords Station via Gnangara Road. In the other direction, it travels towards Ellenbrook.
These bus routes make it easy for Landsdale residents to travel around Perth and connect to the train network.
