Lee Kwang-soo (Hangul: 이광수, born July 14, 1985) is a well-known South Korean actor, entertainer, and model. He first started acting in a TV comedy show called Here He Comes in 2008. He became even more famous for his roles in TV shows like It's Okay, That's Love (2014) and Live (2018), and movies such as Collective Invention (2015) and Inseparable Bros (2019).
Lee Kwang-soo was also a main cast member on the popular South Korean variety show Running Man. He was on the show from June 2010 until May 2021, and his last episode aired on June 13, 2021.

About Lee Kwang-soo's Life and Career
Lee Kwang-soo was born on July 14, 1985, in Namyangju, South Korea.
He began his career as a model in 2007. His first acting role was in the 2008 TV comedy Here He Comes. After that, he appeared in another comedy show called High Kick Through the Roof.
Lee's fame grew a lot when he joined the variety show Running Man on SBS. Fans gave him the nickname "Prince of Asia" because of his popularity across the continent. In 2010 and 2011, he won awards at the SBS Entertainment Awards for being a "New Star" and "Best Newcomer in Variety."
In 2012, Lee took on supporting roles in romantic comedy movies like Wonderful Radio and All About My Wife. He also appeared in the thriller The Scent. Later that year, he acted alongside his good friend and former Running Man co-star Song Joong-ki in the TV drama The Innocent Man.
In 2013, Lee voiced the main character, Marco, in the animated movie Maritime Police Marco. He worked with fellow Running Man star Song Ji-hyo, who voiced the character Lulu. Lee had mentioned that he wanted to play a villain. He then got the role of Prince Imhae in the 2013 historical drama Goddess of Fire.
In 2014, Lee had his first big movie role in Confession. This film was about three friends whose friendship is tested after they get involved in a murder case. He then returned to TV in the medical drama It's Okay, That's Love. In this show, he played a character with a neurological condition that caused involuntary movements and sounds. Lee also starred in the movie A Dynamite Family, which was about five brothers living in a village.
In 2015, Lee played the main character in Collective Invention. His character's condition in the movie was caused by a new drug. This movie was shown at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival, which was Lee's first time on the red carpet at an international film festival. He also starred in a two-episode drama called Puck!, where he played a character who joins a college ice hockey club. In the same year, he was named an ambassador for the "2015 Korea Brand & Entertainment Expo" and received an award for helping spread Korean culture around the world.
In 2016, Lee starred in tvN's Entourage, a South Korean version of an American TV series. He was also cast in the KBS comedy show The Sound of Your Heart, which was based on a popular online comic. This show was very successful in both South Korea and China.
In September 2017, it was announced that Lee would be a regular cast member in Netflix's variety show Busted!.
In 2018, Lee starred in the drama Live, playing a police officer who tries to do the right thing in his daily life. This drama was very popular, and Lee received great reviews for his acting. He then played a very smart character in the crime comedy The Accidental Detective 2: In Action.
In 2019, Lee starred in the comedy Inseparable Bros and the gambling movie Tazza: One Eyed Jack. He won his first Baeksang Arts Awards for Best Supporting Actor for his amazing portrayal of Park Dong-goo, a character with intellectual disabilities, in Inseparable Bros.
On February 15, 2020, Lee was in a car accident. This meant he had to pause his activities to recover from an ankle injury. In June, it was confirmed that he would be in The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure, a sequel to a 2014 movie. This film was released in January 2022.
In 2021, Lee returned for Season 3 of the Netflix variety show Busted!. In April 2021, Lee confirmed he would be in the film A Year-End Medley, which was released later that year. On April 27, 2021, Lee's agency announced that he would be leaving Running Man. This was so he could focus on recovering from his 2020 accident. His last time filming for the show was on May 24, 2021. In 2022, Lee starred in the tvN drama The Killer's Shopping List, marking his return to TV after four years. He also appeared in the films Sinkhole and A Year-End Medley. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Blue Dragon Film Awards for his work in Sinkhole.
In November 2024, Lee Kwang-soo's agency, King Kong by Starship, confirmed he would appear in the Disney+ series The Manipulated as Baek Do-kyung.

On December 31, 2018, it was reported that Lee Kwang-soo was dating actress Lee Sun-bin. His agency, King Kong by Starship, confirmed that they had been dating for about five months before the news was shared.
