Where is Lind-Bohanon?
Lind-Bohanon has clear borders that help you know where it is. To the south, you'll find the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks and Webber Parkway. The western edge follows Humboldt Avenue North and Shingle Creek, Minneapolis.
On the eastern side, the border is a bit more winding. It goes along the Mississippi River from 53rd Avenue North down to 48th Avenue North. Then, it follows Lyndale Avenue North from 48th Avenue to the Canadian Pacific Railway. To the north, Lind-Bohanon meets 53rd Avenue North and the city of Brooklyn Center.

Humboldt Greenway Project
The Humboldt Greenway is a special project that has helped improve the Lind-Bohanon neighborhood. It's located on the western border of the area.
This project involved replacing older buildings, including more than 200 homes and businesses from the World War II era. In their place, new and modern homes were built. These include single-family houses, multi-family townhomes, and apartments. There are also specific apartment buildings like Shingle Creek Commons for seniors and Kingsley Commons for people with MS. This project has helped to make the neighborhood more modern and welcoming.
