They also work with PepsiCo to make Lipton iced tea.

In November 2021, a company called CVC Capital Partners decided to buy this tea business. The sale was completed in July 2022. This meant Lipton Teas and Infusions became its own separate company.

Changes in Business

One month after the sale, the company announced a big change. They decided to stop selling their products in the Russian market. A spokesperson for Ekaterra said that the situation there made it hard for the company to grow its business.
