This article is about the amazing characters from the TV show Power Rangers Megaforce. You'll meet the brave Power Rangers, their helpful friends, and the scary enemies they fight to protect Earth!

Megaforce Power Rangers

The Megaforce Power Rangers are five awesome teenagers chosen by a guardian named Gosei. Their mission? To save Earth from alien invaders! They live in Harwood County and transform into Rangers by shouting, "It's Morphin' Time! Go Go Megaforce!" They train hard to fight stronger enemies.

They use special Power Cards for attacks and to call their weapons, which can combine into the Megaforce Blaster. Each Ranger also has a Mega Blaster. Later, they get Ultra Mode with cool shields and Ultra Swords. They are joined by Robo Knight, a robot protector, and Orion, an alien from another planet. Gosei also gives them Legendary Morphers, allowing them to become Super Megaforce Rangers and even morph into past Power Ranger teams! In Super Mega Mode, they use Super Mega Blasters and Super Mega Sabers.

Troy Burrows

Troy Burrows is the Red Megaforce Ranger and the team's leader. He's new in town but quickly makes friends after being chosen by Gosei. Troy is super skilled in martial arts. He's responsible, focused, and very compassionate, making him a perfect leader. Troy often has dreams about past Ranger teams fighting evil, which later come true. He has an unbreakable fighting spirit and believes in humanity's power to work together.

Troy uses the Dragon Sword and pilots the Dragon MechaZord. His power is linked to air. When the Armada invades, Troy becomes the Super Megaforce Red Ranger. He pilots the Super Mega Skyship, which also carries the other Zords. As Super Megaforce Red, he can morph into other Legendary Red Rangers.

Troy is played by Andrew Gray.

Emma Goodall

Emma Goodall is the Pink Megaforce Ranger. She loves BMX biking and protecting nature. She takes alien attacks on Earth and pollution very seriously. Emma has a beautiful singing voice, which she uses to fight certain monsters. She is the most caring Ranger and feels a strong connection to the natural world. She even sees good in some enemies.

Emma uses the Phoenix Shot and pilots the Phoenix MechaZord. Her power is also linked to air. She can call on the Sky Brothers (Hawk, Ptera, and Crow Zords) for special attacks. When the Armada attacks, Emma saves people and later gets her Super Megaforce Key. She pilots the Super Mega Sub Zord. Emma also learns to channel the spirit of the Phoenix. As Super Megaforce Pink, she can morph into Legendary Pink and White Rangers.

Emma is played by Christina Masterson.

Noah Carver

Noah Carver is the Blue Megaforce Ranger. He's a smart nerd who uses his brain more than brute strength in battles. He and Jake are best friends and make a great team. Noah is also interested in strange science, like finding hidden creatures or aliens. He's often the second-in-command of the team.

Noah uses the Shark Bowgun and pilots the Shark MechaZord. He controls the power of water and can call on the Sea Brothers (Manta, Sawshark, and Hammerhead Zords) for attacks. He's very creative and often comes up with clever plans to defeat tough enemies. During the Armada's invasion, Noah helps protect his high school. He later trains hard to improve his sword skills and can morph into Legendary Blue Rangers in Super Megaforce.

Noah is played by John Mark Loudermilk.

Jake Holling

Jake Holling is the Black Megaforce Ranger, and later the Green Super Megaforce Ranger. He's outgoing, fun-loving, and fearless. He really wants to tell everyone he's a Power Ranger, but it's a secret! Jake is Noah's best friend, and together they are unstoppable. He's the toughest and strongest Ranger, though he can be smart too. He has a big crush on Gia.

Jake uses the Snake Axe and pilots the Snake MechaZord. He controls the power of earth and can call on the Land Brothers (Beetle, Dino, and Rhino Zords). When the Armada invades, Jake gets his Super Mega Mode key in green and pilots the Racer Zord. He also learns to channel the spirit of the snake. As Super Megaforce Green, he can morph into Legendary Green and Black Rangers.

Jake is played by Azim Rizk.

Gia Moran

Gia Moran is the Yellow Megaforce Ranger, often called "Miss Perfect." She's Jake's crush. Gia is friendly, skilled in martial arts, and very confident. She and Emma have been best friends since they were little. Gia is responsible, focused, and very fast. She sometimes acts as a second leader for the Megaforce Rangers.

Gia uses the Tiger Claw and pilots the Tiger MechaZord. She also controls the power of earth and can use the Land Brothers Zords. When the Armada attacks, Gia saves civilians. She gets her Super Megaforce Key and pilots the Super Mega Wheeler Zord. As Super Megaforce Yellow, she can morph into Legendary Yellow Rangers. Gia also appears in Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel and a video game.

Gia is played by Ciara Hanna.

Orion

Orion is the Silver Super Megaforce Ranger, who joins the team in the Super Megaforce season. He comes from the planet Andresia, which is similar to Earth. He used to be a miner and found the Silver Ranger Key and a mysterious box with information about past Sixth Rangers. When the Armada attacked Andresia, he lost his family and friends. He became the Silver Ranger and trained alone. He tracked the Armada to Earth and joined the Power Rangers.

Orion was captured by Vrak, who tried to steal his powers. Robo Knight saved him by giving him his own life energy. Orion can morph into Legendary Sixth Rangers. He can also combine his Sixth Ranger Keys to become a powerful Super Mega Gold form. Orion pilots a new version of the Q-Rex Zord, which can change into different forms based on past Ranger Zords.

Orion is played by Cameron Jebo.

Allies

Gosei

Gosei is a wise guardian who was trained by the famous Zordon. He is Earth's protector. When the Warstar aliens threatened Earth, he chose the five teenagers to become Power Rangers. He appears as a tiki head, hoping it would make the Rangers feel more comfortable. The Gosei Morphers and some Megazords are named after him.

Gosei is voiced by Geoffrey Dolan.

Tensou

Tensou is Gosei's shy and a bit clumsy robot helper. He gives the Rangers their gear and uses his radar to find enemies. He can even speak an alien language called Andresian!

Tensou is voiced by Estevez Gillespie.

Ernie

Ernie runs the local juice bar called "Ernie's BrainFreeze." The Rangers often hang out there in their free time. He's a friendly face in Harwood County.

Ernie is played by Shailesh Prajapati.

Mr. Burley

Mr. Burley is the high school science teacher at Harwood County High School. He believes in strange and unexplained things, which Noah finds very interesting. He's a recurring character who encourages students to work together.

Mr. Burley is played by Ian Harcourt.

Robo Knight

Robo Knight is a mysterious robot knight created by Gosei a long time ago to protect Earth's environment. He first appears in Troy's dream and later joins the Rangers when the Toxic Mutants appear. At first, he doesn't understand humans, but the Rangers help him learn about human nature. Robo Knight can turn into the Lion Zord, which combines with other Zords to form the Gosei Grand Megazord.

In the Megaforce finale, Robo Knight uses his energy to restore the Rangers' Morphers and disappears. He later reappears, reprogrammed by Vrak, but Troy helps him remember who he is. Robo Knight then sacrifices himself to save Orion.

Robo Knight is voiced by Chris Auer.

Past Rangers

Troy has dreams where the Megaforce Rangers fight alongside Power Rangers from the past. As the fight against the Armada continues, the Megaforce Rangers meet some of these legendary heroes!

  • Jayden Shiba (played by Alex Heartman) – The Red Samurai Ranger. He helps the Megaforce Rangers defeat a monster.
  • Casey Rhodes (played by Jason Smith) – The Jungle Fury Red Ranger and a Kung Fu master. He trains Emma and Jake in fighting without weapons.
  • Tommy Oliver (played by Jason David Frank) – The original Green Ranger, a legendary leader.
  • T.J. Johnson (played by Selwyn Ward) – The Blue Space Ranger.
  • Cassie Chan (played by Patricia Ja Lee) – The Pink Space Ranger.
  • Leo Corbett (played by Danny Slavin) – The Red Galaxy Ranger.
  • Damon Henderson (played by Reggie Rolle) – The Green Galaxy Ranger.
  • Karone (played by Melody Perkins) – The second Pink Galaxy Ranger.
  • Carter Grayson (played by Sean Cw Johnson) – The Red Lightspeed Ranger.
  • Dana Mitchell (played by Alison MacInnis) – The Pink Lightspeed Ranger.
  • Wesley Collins (played by Jason Faunt) – The Red Time Force Ranger.
  • Mike (played by Hector David Jr.) – The Green Samurai Ranger.
  • Emily (played by Brittany Anne Pirtle) – The Yellow Samurai Ranger.

All these past Rangers join the Megaforce Rangers in the final battle against the Armada!

Warstar Empire

The Warstar Empire is the main group of bad guys in Megaforce. They are a huge alien force that wants to conquer Earth.

Warstar

The Warstar are a group of Insectoid aliens. Their ship hovers over Harwood County. They are an advance team sent to prepare Earth for a bigger invasion. The Mega Rangers keep stopping them, so they have to team up with other enemy groups.

Admiral Malkor

Admiral Malkor is the leader of the Warstar, looking like a giant moth. He's very smart and respects his warriors. He can use an axe, shoot energy, and power himself up. After being defeated, he goes into a cocoon to become even stronger. He is finally destroyed by the Ultra Gosei Great Megazord.

Admiral Malkor is voiced by Campbell Cooley.

Creepox

Creepox is a hot-headed mantis-like warrior and Malkor's loyal helper. He's not very smart and gets angry easily, often disagreeing with Prince Vrak. Creepox uses sickles on his arms to fight. He claims to be honorable but is actually very proud and driven by rage. He has a big rivalry with Troy and is eventually destroyed by the Ultra Gosei Great Megazord.

Creepox is voiced by Mark Mitchinson.

Vrak

Prince Vrak is a clever, mean, and tricky alien warrior. He's the main planner for the Warstar, sent by his father, Emperor Mavro. Vrak is the only one not an Insectoid. He comes up with detailed plans to win and gain power. He can change between his normal Warstar form and a Toxic Mutant form. He also built Metal Alice to lead the Robots. After being badly hurt, Metal Alice brings him back as a cyborg. Vrak is the most active enemy of the Megaforce Rangers before he goes into hiding.

Vrak returns later, capturing Orion and reprogramming Robo Knight. He plans to destroy Earth with special drills. It's revealed that Emperor Mavro likes Vrak more than his brother Vekar. Vrak can now use all his forms, plus a new angel-like form. Troy finally destroys Vrak.

Vrak is voiced by Jason Hood.

Loogies

Loogies are the lime-green alien foot soldiers. They attack in large groups and use daggers that can also shoot blasts. They are used by Prince Vrak, the Toxic Mutants, the Robots, and Warstar.

Zombats

Zombats are Vrak's one-eyed, bat-like robots. They are used to make monsters grow bigger. When Vrak goes into hiding, new growing devices are used, but he brings Zombats back when he returns.

Toxic Mutants

The Toxic Mutants are creatures made from pollution. They want to make Earth toxic so it's perfect for them. They team up with Vrak. Their base is a gooey cave near a lake.

Bigs

Bigs is a slimy, worm-like Mutant with a goofy and happy personality. He respects his fellow Mutants. Touching toxins makes him stronger. He can dissolve into goo to avoid attacks and can reform if not completely destroyed. He is destroyed by the Mega Rangers' Ultra Dynamic Strike.

Bigs is voiced by Charlie McDermott.

Bluefur

Bluefur is a short-tempered, Bigfoot-like Mutant with tarantula features. He's the biggest and strongest of his kind. He uses a double-headed club to fight. Like Bigs, he respects his fellow Mutants. He can stomp the ground to create shockwaves or combine his club with Bigs' cane for powerful fireballs. He is destroyed by the Gosei Ultimate Megazord.

Bluefur is voiced by Jay Simon.

Robots

The Robots are an artificial army created to replace the Insectoids and Mutants. Their base is Vrak's underwater lab.

Metal Alice

Metal Alice is a female robot created by Vrak. She thinks humans are weak and tries her best to destroy the Power Rangers. She tried to get Robo Knight to join her, but he refused. She develops feelings for Vrak after he becomes a cyborg. However, Vrak leaves her to die when she is defeated, and she realizes he never cared about her.

Metal Alice is voiced by Sophie Henderson.

Robot Monsters

  • Rotox (voiced by Mark Wright) – A scallop-themed robot and Metal Alice's first creation. He can shoot lasers and chains. He was destroyed by the Ultra Power Dynamic Strike.
    • Rotox DX (voiced by Mark Wright) – A stronger, rebuilt version of Rotox. He was defeated by the Ultra Knight Dynamic and then by the Gosei Ultimate Megazord.
  • Rico (voiced by Scott Wills) – A mechanical starfish-themed robot created by Metal Alice to learn about friendship. Emma and the Rangers help him escape Metal Alice's control.

Armada

The Armada is a huge army led by Emperor Mavro and Prince Vekar. They are a massive fleet of ships with many monsters. When Emperor Mavro arrives, he brings an even bigger fleet.

Prince Vekar

Prince Vekar is Emperor Mavro's older son and the leader of the Armada fleet. Unlike his brother Vrak, Vekar is foolish, hot-headed, and arrogant. He gets angry easily and is very childish. He resents Vrak for being their father's favorite. Vekar is not very smart and is easily tricked. He hates losing to the Rangers and takes credit for others' successes. He is destroyed by the Ultimate Legendary Megazord.

Prince Vekar is voiced by Stephen Butterworth.

The Messenger

The Messenger is a shrimp-themed robot who works as a special scout for the Warstar. He has beams, missiles, and a strong shield. He tells Vrak that the Armada is coming to Earth. He follows a warrior's code of honor. After being defeated, his head advises Vrak to hide from the incoming Armada.

Messenger is voiced by Andrew Laing.

Levira

Levira is a scientist who works for Prince Vekar. She invented the Maximizer, which can make multiple monsters grow at once. She is close to Prince Vekar and is very cold and ruthless. Emperor Mavro forces her to fight the Rangers. She is destroyed after her Megazord is defeated, and Mavro lets her explode.

Levira is voiced by Rebecca Parr.

Argus

Argus is a cyborg who works as Prince Vekar's personal bodyguard. He is fiercely loyal to Vekar, often saying "Yes, boss." He is eventually destroyed in battle against Noah.

Argus is voiced by Mark Wright.

Damaras

Damaras is an armored general who works for Prince Vekar. Emperor Mavro ordered him to protect Vekar. He is Vekar's second-in-command and is much more level-headed. He often comes up with ideas that Vekar takes credit for. Damaras questions Vekar's leadership after his defeat. He tries to capture Troy but is stopped and destroyed by the other Rangers.

Damaras is voiced by John Leigh.

Emperor Mavro

Emperor Mavro is the Kraken-themed ruler of the Armada and the father of Vrak and Vekar. He is the supreme commander of their military. He clearly favored his younger son Vrak. After Vekar and Vrak are defeated, Emperor Mavro arrives on Earth to get revenge and conquer the planet. He sends his generals on dangerous missions. He damages the Rangers' Megazords. In the final battle, Emperor Mavro is defeated by Troy and Orion, but he survives and fights the entire team. He is finally destroyed by the combined powers of the Super Mega Rangers and the Super Mega Cannon.

Emperor Mavro is voiced by Mike Drew.

X Borgs

The X Borgs are the basic foot soldiers of the Armada. They are mechanical, so they don't get tired, making them harder to defeat than Loogies. The Armada has many X Borgs and can produce them quickly.

Bruisers

The Bruisers are the elite foot soldiers of the Armada. They are much stronger than X Borgs and can turn into fighter jets for air combat. They can also grow giant to fight Megazords and can even become a half-motorcycle form.

Royal Guards

The Royal Guards are red versions of the Bruisers. They are even stronger and serve as bodyguards for the royal family.

Armada Field Commanders

The Armada uses monsters called Armada Field Commanders to lead their invasions. These monsters are often generals or well-trained soldiers. The Armada's flagship uses a Maximizer laser to make them grow giant.

  • Headridge (voiced by Cameron Rhodes) – A lamprey monster and the first alien monster sent by the Armada. He was destroyed by the Super Megaforce Rangers.
  • Tentacus (voiced by Ryan Cooper) – An octopus monster sent after Headridge. He was destroyed by the Legendary Megazord.
  • Cybax (voiced by Adam Gardiner) – A cyborg brain coral monster who oversaw missile launches on Earth's cities. He was destroyed by the Legendary SPD Megazord.
  • Skatana (voiced by Nic Sampson) – A master swordsman monster who could slice through buildings. He was destroyed by the Legendary Mystic Force Megaforce.
  • General Peluso (voiced by James Gaylyn) – A spider crab/dog monster and high-ranking general with super-speed. He was destroyed by the Legendary Wild Force Megazord.
  • Pacha Chamak (voiced by Peter Daube) – An Incan-themed magnetic monster. He was destroyed by the combined power of the Jungle Fury animal spirits and the Legendary Megazord.
  • Gorgax (voiced by Joel Tobeck) – A shrimp monster who led an army of X Borgs to detonate a bomb. He had a force field and was destroyed by Orion's Super Silver Spear.
  • Commander Osogain (voiced by Peter Feeney) – A horseshoe crab/rhinoceros monster sent to destroy Orion. He was destroyed by the Q-Rex Megazord.
  • Skeltox (voiced by Greg Ward) – A skeleton monster with a piranha for a hand. He used a fishing rod weapon to drain human energy. He was destroyed by the Q-Rex Megazord.
  • Sirjinkor (voiced by Campbell Cooley) – A starfish monster who absorbed power from Vrak's device and summoned an asteroid to destroy Earth. He was destroyed by the Legendary Samurai Megazord.
  • Invidious (voiced by Owen Black) – A sea slug monster who had a crush on Levira. He could use fire attacks and created a love potion. He was defeated by the Legendary Samurai Megazord.
  • Desolar (voiced by Byron Coll) – A monster with a broom-like staff that could steal human happiness. He could also change size and turn invisible. He was destroyed by the Legendary Q-Rex Megazord.
  • Tranceferer (voiced by Mark Scott) – A squid/clown monster who could swap people's bodies. He swapped Jake and Noah's bodies. He was destroyed by the Legendary Ninja Megazord.
  • Turtlelini (voiced by Paul Harrop) – A sea turtle monster with a super strong shield. He was destroyed by the Super Mega Cannon.
  • Professor Cog (voiced by Cameron Rhodes) – A robot from the Power Rangers RPM reality. He brought the Turbo Falcon Zord to the Megaforce Rangers' world as a distraction. He was destroyed by the Legendary RPM Megazord.
  • Tresnag (voiced by Phil Brown) – A three-headed unicorn/Cerberus monster with arm blades. He helped Vrak's plan to destroy Earth with drills. He was destroyed by the Gosei Great Megazord's Sea Megazord form.
  • Drill Horn (voiced by Paul Harrop) – A four-headed Hydra/Satyr monster with arm drills. He also helped Vrak's plan to destroy Earth. He was destroyed by the Gosei Ultimate Megazord.
