Caruthersville, Missouri is a city located in southeastern Missouri. It's the main city, or county seat, of Pemiscot County, Missouri. This means it's where the local government offices for the county are located. Caruthersville is also part of Missouri's 8th congressional district, which is an area represented by one person in the United States Congress.

- Benjamin Franklin Rogers (served from 1958 to 1970, and again from 1974 to 1986): He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He also served two separate times as mayor.
- William L. Inman (served from 1970 to 1974): He later moved to different cities in Arkansas.
- Betsy Diane Sayre (served from 1986 to around 1994, and again from around 1998 to around 2009): She was a teacher and also worked in school administration. She served two separate times as mayor.
- Rickey Lee Davis (served from 1994 to 1998, and again from April 2014 to July 2014): He served two separate times as mayor. His last term ended unexpectedly in July 2014.
- Sue Grantham (served from 2014 to 2015, and again from 2018 to the present): She was first appointed mayor after the previous mayor's term ended. She continues to serve as mayor today.
