Lucien Leon Laviscount (born June 9, 1992) is a British actor. He became well-known in 2007 after appearing in the teen TV show Grange Hill. He later acted in other popular series like ITV's Coronation Street (2009) and BBC One's Waterloo Road (2010–11).
In 2015, Laviscount played a main character, Earl Grey, in the first season of the horror comedy Scream Queens on FOX. From 2017 to 2018, he starred in the crime comedy-drama Snatch on Sony Crackle. Laviscount also played Alexander Cabot in The CW series Katy Keene.
Laviscount became famous worldwide in 2021. He joined the cast of the Netflix series Emily in Paris as a regular character in season 3. He was also in seasons 2 and 4. He plays Emily's love interest, Alfie, who is a banker from Britain.

Early Life and School
Lucien Laviscount was born in Burnley, Lancashire, England. He grew up in a place called Read, Ribble Valley in Lancashire. His father, Eugene Laviscount, has family from Antigua. His mother, Sonia Laviscount, is from England.
Lucien went to Ribblesdale High School in Clitheroe. He earned 10 GCSEs, which are important school qualifications in the UK. He also took acting classes at Carol Godby's theatre workshop in Bury. Lucien has two brothers named Louis and Jules.
Acting Career
Lucien started acting when he was just ten years old. His first job was in an advertisement for a store called Marks & Spencer. After that, he got roles in TV shows like Clocking Off and Johnny and the Bomb.
Early TV Roles
He then became a regular actor in the BBC One series Grange Hill. Next, Laviscount was cast as a religious swimmer named Ben Richardson in the long-running show Coronation Street. He also played Jonah Kirby, a school student, in the TV show Waterloo Road.
In 2012, Lucien also tried out music. He signed with SK Records and released his first song, "Dance With You," which featured an American rapper named MANN.
Later TV and Film Roles
In 2014, it was announced that Laviscount would play the main character, Ennis Ross, in Supernatural: Bloodlines. This was a spin-off show from the US CW series Supernatural. He appeared in the first episode, but the show was not chosen to be made into a full series.
In 2015, Laviscount had a regular role as Earl Grey in the US horror comedy series Scream Queens on FOX. In 2020, he appeared as Alexander Cabot in The CW series Katy Keene.
From 2021 to 2022, Laviscount played Alfie in the popular Netflix series Emily in Paris. He was a recurring character in season two and a main character in season three. In 2022, Laviscount starred as Jay in the BBC 3-part comedy Peacock.
In 2024, Laviscount appeared in the movie This Time Next Year. This film is based on a book with the same name. He also played the love interest in the music video for the song Puntería by famous singers Shakira and Cardi B.
Other Activities
Lucien Laviscount has also been involved in other projects. With his friend Zac Lichman, he opened two places in Kensal Rise, London. In 2018, they opened The Shop NW10, which is a cocktail bar and café. In 2022, they opened The Wealthy Beggar, which is a different kind of bar.
Helping Others (Philanthropy)
Lucien is also known for his charity work. In 2010, he played in a charity football match. This match helped raise money for Sport Relief, which is a big charity event in the UK. Other actors like Jack McMullen and Lyndon Ogbourne also took part.
Laviscount and Lichman also started a campaign to help people experiencing homelessness. It was called A Deed A Day. They worked with radio presenter Rio Fredrika and model Ana Tanaka. For Christmas in 2018, the group ran a soup kitchen. They served food from Laviscount and Lichman's The Shop NW10 to people in need.
In 2022, Laviscount played football for England in Soccer Aid. This is another big charity event where celebrities and former football players play a match to raise money for UNICEF.
