Lumberport is a small town in Harrison County, located in the northern part of West Virginia, United States. In 2020, about 720 people lived there.
The town got its name because of the large lumber industry that was important in the early 1900s. Lumberport was a busy place for cutting and moving wood. Over time, the lumber industry changed, and fewer jobs were available. This caused the town's population to get smaller after the 1950s.
