MGM/CBS Home Video is a home video company was formed in 1979 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Columbia Broadcasting System. Its MGM, Cinema Center Films movies and MGM and CBS shows on videocassette and laserdisc. In 1982, MGM acquired United Artists and renamed to MGM/UA Home Video with merger between CBS Video Enterprises and 20th Century Fox Video to form CBS/Fox Video.
