Manhasset Hills is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Nassau County, New York, United States. The population was 3,592 at the 2010 census. Manhasset Hills is an unincorporated area of the Town of North Hempstead. Neighboring communities include Herricks, North New Hyde Park, and Lake Success.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 3,661 people, 1,224 households, and 1,068 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 6,175.1 per square mile (2,395.8/km²). There were 1,235 housing units at an average density of 2,083.1/sq mi (808.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 70.39% White, 0.36% African American, 0.03% Native American, 27.04% Asian, 0.66% from other races, and 1.53% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.31% of the population.
There were 1,224 households out of which 37.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 81.2% were married couples living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.7% were non-families. 10.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.99 and the average family size was 3.22.
In the CDP, the population was spread out with 24.2% under the age of 18, 6.0% from 18 to 24, 20.3% from 25 to 44, 29.0% from 45 to 64, and 20.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 45 years. For every 100 females there were 92.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 89.1 males.
