Mazaricos is a cool place in northwestern Spain. It's a type of town called a municipality. You can find it in the province of A Coruña. This area is part of the autonomous community of Galicia. Mazaricos is also part of a larger region called Xallas. The main town, or capital, of Mazaricos is A Picota.

In 2008, about 5,050 people lived in Mazaricos.

Where is Mazaricos Located?

Mazaricos is surrounded by several other towns. These include Santa Comba and Muros. Other neighbors are Carnota, Outes, and Negreira. You can also find Vimianzo, Zas, and Dumbría nearby.

This town has a great spot close to the coast. It's only about 10 to 15 minutes by car from beautiful beaches. These beaches are found in the areas of Muros and Noia. You can also easily reach the biggest beach in Galicia, located in Carnota. This amazing beach stretches for almost 8 kilometers!

The main ways people make a living in Mazaricos are farming and agriculture. This means they grow crops and raise animals. The Xallas region, where Mazaricos is located, is very important for food.
