What Happens in Season 2?
Season two starts right after season one ended, with the Power Rangers still fighting the evil Rita Repulsa. But soon, a new and even more powerful villain arrives: Lord Zedd. He's super angry about Rita's failures, so he seals her back into her space dumpster and takes over as the main bad guy!
Big changes happen for the Rangers too. Tommy (played by Jason David Frank) loses his Green Ranger powers. But don't worry, he soon becomes the powerful new White Ranger! Jason (played by Austin St. John) was the leader, but Zordon chooses Tommy to take over as the new leader of the Power Rangers.
Later, Jason, Trini (played by Thuy Trang), and Zack (played by Walter Jones) decide to leave the team to go to a special teen world peace conference. New Rangers join to take their places: Rocky DeSantos (played by Steve Cardenas) becomes the new Red Ranger, Aisha Campbell (played by Karan Ashley) becomes the new Yellow Ranger, and Adam Park (played by Johnny Yong Bosch) becomes the new Black Ranger.
Guess what? Rita Repulsa manages to escape! She tricks Lord Zedd into marrying her, and then they team up to fight the Power Rangers together. Meanwhile, the funny duo, Bulk and Skull (played by Paul Schrier and Jason Narvy), start their never-ending mission to find out who the Power Rangers really are!
