Montserrat Oliver, born Montserrat Lourdes Socorro Oliver Grimau on April 13, 1966, is a famous Mexican model, businesswoman, actress, and TV host. She has had a long career in entertainment, starting as a model and later becoming a well-known face on television.

Early Life and Modeling Career
Montserrat started modeling when she was 16 years old. She quickly appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine. This was a big step in her career, and she was featured in Vogue many times.
One of her first important roles was in a TV commercial for "Brandy Presidente" in the early 1990s. Her famous line, "obviamente Presidente," helped boost her modeling career even more.
Moving to the United States
Early in her career, Montserrat moved to Miami, USA. There, she continued modeling for magazines like Elle and Top Model. While in Miami, she also got a role in the Fox TV series Fortune Hunter. She also hosted a show called Basta on Telemundo for two years.
Television Career in Mexico
After several years in the United States, Montserrat returned to Mexico City. She began acting in telenovelas (Mexican soap operas) for the TV network Televisa. Her first role was in Ramona. She also appeared in other telenovelas like "Sin Pecado Concebido," "Mujeres," and "La Madrastra."
After Ramona, Montserrat started her own show on Televisa called "Las Hijas de la Madre Tierra." She co-produced and co-hosted this show with her friend Yolanda Andrade. The show was very popular and aired for eight years in Mexico and other countries.
Hosting Major Events
Montserrat has also been a live TV correspondent for Televisa at big events around the world. She covered the Athens, Beijing, and London Olympics in 2004, 2008, and 2012. She also reported from the Japan, South Africa, and Brazil World Cups in 2002, 2010, and 2014.
She has hosted live award shows too. In 1998, she hosted the famous music festival Viña del Mar in Chile. In 2002, she co-hosted the MTV Video Music Awards Latinoamérica in Miami.
Montserrat currently co-hosts the TV show Mojoe with Yolanda Andrade. It is an interview and musical late-night show on Televisa.
