Nadav Guedj (Hebrew: נדב גדג'; born on November 2, 1998) is a singer and actor from Israel. He became famous after winning the second season of HaKokhav HaBa. This show is Israel's version of Rising Star. Nadav then represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. He finished in 9th place in the competition. Nadav was born in Paris, France.

About Nadav Guedj
Nadav was born in Paris to a Jewish family from Algeria. Later, his family moved to Israel. Today, Nadav lives in a city called Netanya in Israel. In 2016, he joined the Israeli Army for his national service.
Nadav's Music Journey
Starting with HaKokhav HaBa
In 2014, Nadav joined the second season of HaKokhav HaBa. This TV show helps choose Israel's singer for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. Nadav was the youngest person in the competition. He was only sixteen years old when he first auditioned.
For his first audition, he sang "Russian Roulette" by Rihanna. He also sang "Lately" by Stevie Wonder. In the next round, Nadav performed "Halo" by Beyoncé. He made it to the semi-finals. There, he sang "Mirrors" by Justin Timberlake.
Nadav reached the finals after singing "Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars. On February 17, 2015, Nadav won HaKokhav HaBa. His winning song was "Halo" by Beyoncé.
Eurovision Song Contest and First Album
After winning HaKokhav HaBa, Nadav became Israel's representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. On February 26, 2015, it was announced he would sing "Golden Boy". This song was released on March 12, 2015. It was the first time Israel sent a song entirely in English to Eurovision.
On May 21, 2015, Nadav performed in the Eurovision semi-final in Vienna. He helped Israel reach the final for the first time in five years. In the final on May 23, he finished 9th with 97 points.
Before each performance at Eurovision, a short video called a "postcard" is shown. These videos introduce the singers. Nadav's postcard was filmed in Tel Aviv and a skiing resort called Lech am Arlberg. In the video, Nadav was seen spray painting a gondola lift with an Austrian cartoon artist.
After Eurovision, Nadav released more music. On August 8, 2015, his song "Summer Together" came out. On August 19, 2015, he released the single "Good Vibes". He wrote this song with Ruby Feier. On December 1, 2015, he released "Jump".
In 2016, he released "Make You Mine" on March 2 and "Hold the City" on May 15. Nadav released his first album, titled Nadav Guedj, on May 25, 2016.
New Music Since 2017
On December 26, 2017, Nadav released "Ulay Nedaber". This was his first song sung entirely in Hebrew. On August 19, 2018, he released "Ma At Omeret". This song was the second single from his upcoming second album.
On July 28, 2019, he released "38 Ma'alot". This song is the main theme for the Israeli movie Full Gas. Nadav also acted in this movie. He has continued to release new music, including "Lirkod" in 2019 and "Tnu Li Daka" in 2020.
Nadav's Acting Roles
Nadav started acting in 2018. He appeared in the third season of an Israeli teen drama called Cadabra. In 2019, he acted in the Israeli movie Full Gas. In 2021, he was part of the Israeli TV series "HaYoreshet" on channel 12.
