Im Na-yeon (born September 22, 1995), known simply as Nayeon, is a popular South Korean singer. She became famous as a member of the K-pop girl group Twice. This group was formed by JYP Entertainment through a TV show called Sixteen in 2015.
Nayeon released her first solo music album, an extended play (EP) called Im Nayeon, in June 2022. This album quickly became number one in South Korea. It also reached number seven on the US Billboard 200 chart. This made her the first South Korean solo singer to get into the top 10 of that chart. Her main song from the album, "Pop!", was very successful. It reached number two in South Korea and made it to the top ten in six other countries. In 2024, Nayeon had another number-one album in South Korea. Her second EP, Na, also reached the top ten on the US Billboard 200.
