It shares borders with other communities to the south. These include High Point, Spring Hill, and Weeki Wachee.

Roads and Travel

A main road, U.S. Route 19, goes through North Weeki Wachee. If you drive north on this road, you'll reach Homosassa Springs in about 18 miles. Driving south for about 15 miles takes you to Hudson.

Another important road, State Road 50, runs along part of the southern edge of the community. This road goes east for about 11 miles to Brooksville. Brooksville is the main town and county seat of Hernando County.
