Nuth is a village in the southern Netherlands. It is located in the province of Limburg. Nuth used to be its own municipality. In January 2019, it joined with two other places, Schinnen and Onderbanken, to create a new municipality called Beekdaelen.

Nuth village has about 4,595 people living there (as of January 2021). This makes it the largest village in what used to be the Nuth municipality. The main office for the Nuth municipality was also in Nuth village. Other villages that were part of the Nuth municipality included Hulsberg (with 3,972 people), Schimmert (3,184 people), Wijnandsrade (1,623 people), and Vaesrade (997 people).

  • The main church in Nuth is named after Saint Bavo. He is considered the patron saint of the village.
  • The former municipality of Nuth was quite large. It stretched from Hoensbroek all the way to Meerssen.
