Omero Antonutti (born August 3, 1935 – died November 5, 2019) was a talented Italian actor. He was famous for acting in movies and plays. He was also known for lending his voice to many characters in foreign films, especially as the Italian voice of the famous actor Christopher Lee.

Omero Antonutti was born in a town called Basiliano, in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. Before becoming an actor, he worked in places where ships are built or repaired, called shipyards.
He loved acting and spent most of his career on stage, performing in many plays. He worked a lot at important theaters in Italy, like the Teatro Stabile di Trieste and the Teatro Stabile di Genova. He often worked with a director named Luigi Squarzina.
Omero Antonutti started acting in movies in 1966. His first film was Pleasant Nights. One of his most famous roles was in the movie Padre Padrone, made by the Taviani brothers. He also worked with Spanish directors like Víctor Erice in El Sur and Carlos Saura in El Dorado. He even played Noah in the TV show Genesis: The Creation and the Flood.
Besides acting, Antonutti was a very busy voice actor. He was the official Italian voice for Christopher Lee. This meant he dubbed many of Christopher Lee's famous roles into Italian. These included characters in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movies, and even Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. He also lent his voice to other actors like John Hurt, Omar Sharif, and Robert Duvall.
