Geography of Parkin, Arkansas
Parkin is found in the eastern part of Cross County. It sits on the east side of the St. Francis River. The Tyronza River also joins the St. Francis River nearby.
U.S. Route 64 goes through Parkin. This road leads east to Earle (about 5 miles away). It goes west to Wynne, which is the main town of Cross County, about 14 miles away.
The city covers a total area of about 2.59 square miles (6.7 square kilometers). Almost all of this area is land.
