Pat Bullard was born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He comes from a family of entertainers! His older brother was the comedian Mike Bullard. His older half-brother is Chuck Jackson, who is the lead singer for the Downchild Blues Band.

Pat Bullard is the younger brother of comedian Mike Bullard, who passed away in 2024. Pat even appeared on his brother's show, Open Mike with Mike Bullard, during a New Year's Eve special. His older half-brother is the musician Chuck Jackson from the Downchild Blues Band. Pat Bullard is married and has four children.
