Patricia Crowley (born September 17, 1933 – died September 14, 2025) was a talented American actress. She became famous for her roles in movies and TV shows. In 1953, she won a special award called the Golden Globe for New Star of the Year. This was for her great acting in films like Forever Female and Money From Home. Patricia Crowley worked with many big stars of her time, including Rosemary Clooney, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, and Tony Curtis. Patricia Crowley quickly made a name for herself in Hollywood. In 1953, she played Sally Carver in the film Forever Female. She also starred as Dr. Autumn Claypool in Money from Home with the famous comedy duo Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. Her amazing performances in these two films earned her the prestigious Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year - Actress.
She continued to star in many other movies. These included the musical Red Garters (1954) with Rosemary Clooney. She also appeared in the drama There's Always Tomorrow (1956). Patricia Crowley worked with big stars like Tony Curtis in The Square Jungle (1955) and Audie Murphy in the Western Walk the Proud Land. She even reunited with Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis in their last film together, Hollywood or Bust (1956).
Television Star
Patricia Crowley was also a very busy television actress. She had a main role as Judy Foster in the daytime TV show A Date with Judy in 1951. Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, she made guest appearances on many popular TV series. These included The Untouchables, Rawhide with Clint Eastwood, and Wanted: Dead or Alive with Steve McQueen. She also appeared in classic shows like The Twilight Zone and The Man from U.N.C.L.E..

One interesting role was in Maverick (1958). She was the leading lady for both James Garner and Roger Moore in the same episode. From 1965 to 1967, she starred as Joan Nash in the sitcom Please Don't Eat the Daisies. This show was based on a popular book and movie.
Later Television Work
Patricia Crowley continued her successful TV career for many more years. She appeared on The Dean Martin Show where she sang and danced. She also guest-starred in famous shows like Bonanza, Charlie's Angels, Columbo, and Hawaii Five-O. Later, she was seen in popular sitcoms such as Happy Days, The Love Boat, Roseanne, Frasier, and Friends.
In the late 1980s and 1990s, she took on roles in TV serials. These included Generations, Port Charles, and The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Emily Fallmont in the nighttime soap opera Dynasty. One of her more recent roles was in the TV movie 61* (2001), where she played the widow of baseball legend Roger Maris. Her final TV appearances included episodes of The Closer (2006) and Cold Case (2009).
