Patricia Crowley (born September 17, 1933) is an American actress. She is also known as Pat Crowley. She became famous for her roles in movies and TV shows, especially during the 1950s and 1960s.
In 1953, she won a special award called the Golden Globe for New Star of the Year. This was for her great acting in the films Forever Female and Money From Home. She worked with many big stars like Rosemary Clooney, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, and Tony Curtis. Her acting career lasted for over 60 years, from the 1950s all the way to the 2000s.

One of Pat Crowley's first big movie roles was Sally Carver in Forever Female (1953). In this film, she acted alongside famous stars like Ginger Rogers and William Holden. She also played Dr. Autumn Claypool in Money from Home (1953) with the comedy duo Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis.
Her performances in these two films were so good that she won the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year - Actress. She later worked with Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis again in their last movie together, Hollywood or Bust (1956). In that film, she played a character named Terry Roberts.
Pat Crowley also starred with Rosemary Clooney in the musical Red Garters (1954). She appeared in the drama There's Always Tomorrow (1956) with Barbara Stanwyck and Fred MacMurray. She also had a main role in the boxing movie The Square Jungle (1955) with Tony Curtis. Later, she was in the Western film Walk the Proud Land (1956) with Audie Murphy. In 1951, she played Judy Foster in the daytime TV show A Date with Judy. She also appeared in the pilot episode of The Untouchables. Other shows she visited included The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, Rawhide (with Clint Eastwood), and Wanted: Dead or Alive (with Steve McQueen). She was also in episodes of The Twilight Zone and The Fugitive.

In 1958, Pat Crowley was the leading lady in an episode of Maverick called "The Rivals". This was special because it was the only episode that starred both James Garner and Roger Moore. Sometimes she was called "Patricia Crowley" and other times "Pat Crowley" in the show's credits.
From 1965 to 1967, she had a main role as Joan Nash in the TV comedy Please Don't Eat the Daisies. This show was based on a popular book and movie. Later, in 1975 and 1976, she played Georgia Cameron in the TV series Joe Forrester.

Throughout her career, people sometimes confused Pat Crowley with another actress named Kathleen Crowley. They often appeared in similar TV shows during the same time, but they were not related.

Pat Crowley has been married two times. Her first husband was Ed Hookstratten, who was a lawyer and managed many famous people like Elvis Presley and Johnny Carson. Later, in 1986, she married Andy Friendly, who is a television producer.
