Patrick Cassidy Finn (born July 31, 1965 – died December 22, 2025) was an American actor who appeared in many movies and TV shows.

Pat Finn's Early Life

Patrick Finn was born in Evanston, Illinois on July 31, 1965. He spent his childhood in Wilmette. He went to Loyola Academy for high school. Later, he studied at Marquette University and graduated in 1987. While at Marquette, he played rugby with his friend, the famous comedian Chris Farley.

Pat Finn's Acting Journey

After college, Pat moved to Chicago. There, he joined a famous comedy group called The Second City National Touring Company. He also performed at the iO Theater. He was so good that he wrote and acted in two of their main shows!

His talent led him to television. Pat got a role as Dan Coleman in the CBS sitcom The George Wendt Show.

Pat Finn appeared in many popular TV shows. He had recurring roles in Murphy Brown, 3rd Rock from the Sun, and Ed.

Many kids might remember him as Bill Norwood. This was a recurring character on the ABC sitcom The Middle. He played this role from 2010 to 2018.
