Club Career Highlights

Pedro Neto's journey in professional football started in Portugal and led him to top clubs in England.

Starting at Braga

Neto joined Braga's youth academy when he was 13 years old. On 7 May 2017, he made his first professional appearance for Braga's reserve team. A week later, he played his first game for the main team in the Primeira Liga. He scored a goal just minutes after coming on, becoming Braga's youngest goal scorer ever in that league.

In August 2017, Neto and his teammate Bruno Jordão were loaned to Lazio in Italy for two years. He played his first game in Serie A for Lazio in January 2019.

Time with Wolverhampton Wanderers

On 2 August 2019, Neto signed with Wolverhampton Wanderers, often called Wolves. He made his debut 12 days later in a UEFA Europa League match, where he scored a goal and set up another. A few days later, he played his first Premier League game.

Neto's first league start for Wolves was on 28 September 2019. He helped his team win by assisting a goal. He scored his first Premier League goal on 1 January 2020, becoming the first teenager to score for Wolves in the Premier League.

In October 2020, Neto scored his first league goal of the 2020–21 season. A month later, he signed a new contract with Wolves until 2025. He was named the best player in a match against Arsenal in November 2020, scoring and assisting a goal in a 2–1 win. This was Wolves' first away victory against Arsenal since 1979.

In September 2022, Neto played his 100th game for Wolves. The next month, he had ankle surgery, which kept him out for nearly five months. He returned to the field in March 2023.

Neto played his 100th Premier League match in October 2023, assisting a goal in a win against Bournemouth. He scored his first FA Cup goal in January 2024.
