Persia White (born October 25, 1972) is an American actress, singer, and musician. She is known for playing Denise Williams in the TV show Breaker High. She also played Lynn Searcy in the sitcom Girlfriends. Persia White is part of the band XEO3. She also sings on her own and released her first album, Mecca, in 2009. You might also know her as Abby Bennett Wilson from The Vampire Diaries (2012-2017).

Early Life and Childhood
Persia White was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was one of four children. Her mother was Irish-American, and her father was Bahamian. She spent her early years growing up in the Bahamas.
When Persia was three, her father was in a car accident. He became paralyzed and moved to Miami for medical care. Two years later, Persia's mother moved with the children to South Florida. They did not reunite with her father.
Later, Persia joined the Miami Coconut Grove Children's Theater. As a teenager, she learned dance, acting, singing, and painting. After high school, she signed with the Ford Agency. This helped her get her Screen Actors Guild card. She then moved to Los Angeles to start her acting career.

Persia White has appeared in many independent movies. These include Red Letters and the horror film Blood Dolls. She also starred in TV movies like Operation Sandman and Suddenly.

Persia White is a vegan. This means she does not eat meat or animal products. She also supports human rights and animal rights. She cares about the environment too.
