Power Rangers Mystic Force is the fourteenth season of the popular TV show Power Rangers. It's based on a Japanese superhero series called Mahō Sentai Magiranger. The show first aired on February 20, 2006, as part of the Jetix block on Toon Disney.

Story of the Mystic Force Rangers

Twenty years before the show starts, a huge war happened in a world full of magic. This war, called the "Great Battle," was between good and evil. An army of monsters, led by a strong warrior named Morticon, wanted to take over both the magic world and the human world. Five powerful wizards, including the strongest one, Leanbow, fought back. They cast a spell that pushed the dark forces away and sealed the gates to the underworld forever. The Gatekeeper made sure the gates stayed closed. The good side won, but the five wizards lost their lives. Leanbow bravely sealed himself in the underworld to make sure evil couldn't escape.

Evil Returns to Briarwood

In the present day, a city called Briarwood is hit by an earthquake. This earthquake is strong enough to crack the seal, allowing evil to try and invade Earth again. A sorceress named Udonna learns about their return. She searches for five teenagers: Nick Russell, Chip Thorn, Xander Bly, and sisters Madison and Vida Rocca. Udonna wants them to become the legendary warriors – the Mystic Force Power Rangers!

At first, Nick isn't sure about his destiny. But soon, he realizes he must join the others to fight the Master of the Underworld and his many evil helpers. When Udonna temporarily loses her Ranger powers to a mysterious knight named Koragg, the team has to save Earth on their own. They get help from Udonna's clumsy apprentice, Clare. Later, they are joined by Jenji the Genie Cat and his master, Daggeron, who is the Solaris Knight.

Teamwork and Surprising Truths

The Rangers use their amazing magic and martial arts skills. They learn that teamwork is the most important thing to save the day. Later, there's a huge surprise: Koragg is actually Leanbow! He was the strongest of the original five wizards. In a fight with Udonna, Koragg takes her magical staff, which is full of good power.

Over time, Udonna's staff and the shocking news that Nick is her and Leanbow's long-lost son, Bowen, help Koragg remember who he really is. He turns back into Leanbow and can transform into the Wolf Warrior. In the end, the Rangers, with help from the people of Briarwood, defeat the Master of the Underworld using the power of truth and goodness. With the dark forces gone, Nick, Udonna, and Leanbow leave Briarwood to find Nick's adoptive parents. The other Rangers stay behind to protect their home.
