Orlando Rashad Coulter (born November 27, 1981) is an American professional mixed martial artist. He is known for competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He has also fought in other big events like Bellator MMA.

About Rashad Coulter
Rashad Coulter was born in North Carolina. He later moved to Texas with his dad. Before becoming a fighter, Rashad played American football for 17 years.
He went to Plano East Senior High School. Then he attended Texas A&M University–Commerce. His dream of playing in the NFL ended when he had a serious leg injury. This injury was called a quadriceps tear.
His friend, Muhammed Lawal, introduced him to mixed martial arts. Rashad started training in Muay Thai in 2010. Lawal also gave him the nickname "The Daywalker."
Mixed Martial Arts Career
Rashad Coulter started his professional mixed martial arts (MMA) career in June 2011.
Early Fights
For about five and a half years, Rashad had a great start. He won 8 fights and lost only 1. All of his wins during this time were by knockout. This means he won by hitting his opponent until they could not continue.
Fighting in the UFC
Rashad made his first appearance in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on May 13, 2017. He stepped in to fight Chase Sherman at UFC 211. Rashad lost this fight in the second round. However, the fight was very exciting, and both fighters earned a "Fight of the Night" bonus award.
His next UFC fight was on November 19, 2017. He faced Tai Tuivasa and lost by a flying knee in the first round.
In his third UFC fight, Rashad fought Chris de la Rocha on June 9, 2018, at UFC 225. He lost this fight in the second round.
For his fourth UFC fight, Rashad moved to a lighter weight class called Light Heavyweight. He fought Hu Yaozong on November 24, 2018. Rashad won this fight by a unanimous decision. This was his first win in the UFC and his first win that went to the judges' scorecards.
After the UFC
After leaving the UFC, Rashad Coulter continued to fight. On December 13, 2019, he fought Ike Villanueva for a championship title. He lost this fight in the first round.
He was scheduled for other fights in 2021 and 2022. However, these fights were later canceled or he had to withdraw from them.
Bare-Knuckle Boxing Career
Rashad Coulter also tried bare-knuckle boxing. This is a type of boxing where fighters do not wear gloves.
He had his first bare-knuckle fight on March 18, 2023, in Dubai. He won this fight by TKO (technical knockout) in the first round. He won another fight in May 2023. In October 2023, he fought for the BYB Heavyweight Championship but lost.

Before joining the UFC, Rashad Coulter was also a professional boxer. He had a record of 4 wins and 0 losses, with three of his wins coming by knockout. Later in his boxing career, he had two losses, making his overall boxing record 5 wins and 2 losses.
