Where is Richwood?
Richwood is in the southern part of Brazoria County. It is located at coordinates 29.061512, –95.412597.
To its southwest, the Oyster Creek separates Richwood from the cities of Lake Jackson and Clute. The city also stretches northeast along Bastrop Bayou.
Angleton, which is the main city of Brazoria County, is about 8 miles (13 km) north. Freeport, located on the Gulf of Mexico, is about 8 miles (13 km) south.
