Rock Island is a small piece of land located in the United States. It is part of a group of islands known as the Elizabeth Islands. You can find it in Dukes County, Massachusetts.
Where is Rock Island?
Rock Island is situated in a body of water called Buzzards Bay. It lies just off the northern coast of Nashawena Island. If you were to measure, it's about 2.3 miles (3.7 kilometers) east-northeast of Cuttyhunk Island. This island is officially part of the town of Gosnold.
