Bachelor Island is a very small, rocky island located off the coast of Massachusetts, a state in the United States. It's so tiny that it's often called a "barren rock" because it doesn't have much plant life. This little island is part of a group of islands known as the Elizabeth Islands.

Bachelor Island is a small piece of land that sticks out of the ocean. It is located near Naushon Island, which is a much larger island. You can find Bachelor Island southeast of South Shore Road on Naushon Island. It is also southwest of another island called Monohansett Island.

This small island is part of the town of Gosnold. Gosnold is a town in Dukes County, Massachusetts. Dukes County is known for its many islands, including the famous Martha's Vineyard. Bachelor Island is one of the many islands that make up the beautiful Elizabeth Islands chain.
