Roper Lake State Park is a fun place to visit in Arizona. It's a state park that surrounds a beautiful lake called Roper Lake. The lake is about 32 acres big. You can find the park about 5 miles south of Safford, right near the Gila River.

The land for this park used to be a ranch. In 1972, the state bought it to build the lake. Now, it's a great spot for outdoor adventures.
