Rory Hugh Culkin (born July 21, 1989) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in movies like You Can Count on Me (2000), Signs (2002), and Scream 4 (2011). He has also appeared in TV shows such as Waco (2018) and Black Mirror (2023).
Rory is the youngest brother of famous actors Macaulay and Kieran Culkin.

Early Life and Family
Rory Hugh Culkin was born on July 21, 1989, in New York City. He is the youngest of seven children. His father, Kit Culkin, was a Broadway actor. His mother is Patricia Brentrup.
Rory has several siblings who are also actors. These include his older brothers Macaulay and Kieran Culkin. His aunt, Bonnie Bedelia, is also an actress.
Acting Career
Rory Culkin started acting when he was very young. He often played younger versions of characters played by his older brothers. For example, he appeared in a photo as a baby in The Good Son (1993). He also played Young Richie in Ri¢hie Ri¢h (1994), where his brother Macaulay played the older Richie.
Early Roles and Breakthrough
Rory's big break came in the movie You Can Count on Me (2000). He acted alongside Laura Linney and received a lot of praise for his role. He even won a Young Artist Award for it.
After this, Rory appeared in many other films. He was in Signs (2002) with Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix. He also starred in Electrick Children with Julia Garner.
Teenage Years and Independent Films
As a teenager, Rory began to focus on independent films. He had a main role in Mean Creek (2004). This movie was about a group of teenagers who planned revenge on a bully. The young cast of the film won an Independent Spirit Award for their work.

In 2010, he was cast in the horror film Scream 4, which came out in 2011. He also played Euronymous in the movie Lords of Chaos (2018). This film tells the story of the Norwegian black metal music scene.
In 2014, Rory starred in the movie Gabriel. Critics praised his performance, and he was nominated for a Gotham Independent Film Award for Breakthrough Actor. He also appeared in horror movies like Welcome to Willits and Jack Goes Home in 2016. In 2023, he guest-starred in the Amazon Prime Video series Swarm.
Personal Life
In April 2018, Rory Culkin married cinematographer Sarah Scrivener. Their wedding took place in New Orleans, Louisiana. They first met in 2009 while working on the movie Scre4m. They have also worked together on other projects since then.
