School's Out!: The Musical is an animated movie made for TV. It's also the 18th and 19th episode of the fourth season of The Fairly OddParents. This special episode first aired on Nickelodeon on June 10, 2005.

The story is about the Pixies, who are like boring fairies. They team up with a businessman named Flappy Bob. Their goal is to take over Fairy World and Earth. They try to ruin Timmy Turner's summer by sending him and his friends to a super boring summer camp.

Story of the Musical

Flappy Bob's Childhood

When he was a baby, Flappy Bob was left alone by his clown parents. They thought he was in danger. Two Pixies, H.P. and Sanderson, found him in Kansas. They decided to raise him to be their puppet.

Summer Vacation Chaos

Thirty-seven years later, Timmy and his friends finish school for summer. They start having lots of fun in Dimmsdale. The Pixies secretly make their fun even wilder. This causes a lot of trouble for the grown-ups. The song "Kids Just Being Kids" shows all the fun and chaos.

The Learnatorium Plan

The parents are looking for a solution to the summer chaos. Flappy Bob, now a businessman, suggests his "Learnatorium." He says it will keep kids safe and stop them from causing trouble. The song "Get Flappy" explains his plan. Timmy and his friends are dropped off at this very boring place. The parents are relieved.

Kids Take Over

With all the kids stuck, H.P. and Sanderson talk to Timmy. They convince him that adults are the problem. The Pixies trick Timmy into wishing that kids were in charge. The song "Adults Ruin Everything" shows Timmy's wish. Timmy becomes the President of "Kid World." Chester helps him destroy the Learnatorium. This is shown in "Ten and in Charge" and "Da Pixie Rap."

Fairies Leave Earth

With kids in charge, fairies are no longer needed on Earth. Jorgen Von Strangle has to send them back to Fairy World. This happens in the song "Pull Back the Fairies." Now, the Pixies control all the magic.

Pixies' Big Plan

Flappy Bob is angry that Timmy destroyed his Learnatorium. Timmy explains it was boring. The Pixies then reveal their secret. They raised Flappy to think boring things were fun. They wanted him to build the Learnatorium for their plan. They tell Flappy that Timmy ruined his "dream."

The Pixies offer Flappy the power to change the world. He accepts, even though Timmy begs him to think about his clown parents. The song "Where Is the Fun?" highlights this moment. The Pixies grant Flappy's wish. This gives them control of both Earth and Fairy World. Earth becomes boring like Flappy, and Fairy World becomes like the Pixies.

Cosmo and Wanda's Escape

Cosmo and Wanda are put in Fairy Jail. But they escape by singing "Floating With You" to distract Jorgen. With Pixie magic flooding Fairy World, Cosmo sends Wanda to Earth. He pushes her down the rainbow bridge just before it disappears.

Flappy Bob's Realization

Now the Pixies rule Fairy World. Flappy Bob has made Earth "safe" and boring. Only adults and Pixies are having fun. This is shown in "Unfundamentals." Flappy starts to wonder if this is what he truly wants. Later, he overhears H.P. and Sanderson bragging. They admit they used him to take over Fairy World. Flappy realizes Timmy was right about the Pixies. He decides to embrace his clown side and fix everything.

Saving the Day

Timmy and Wanda are worried they can't fix things. The Pixies control all magic. But Flappy Bob appears in his clown costume. He says there's still hope. The Pixies raised him to be boring. But this helped him find a secret loophole in their contract!

Timmy and Flappy get the kids to make Earth fun again. They try to stop the adults and Pixie Guards. This is shown in "The Reprise Remix." The Pixies find out and come to Earth.

The Loophole

H.P. and Sanderson admit they used Flappy. But they remind him of the contract he signed. Flappy agrees the contract is binding. However, it says the world will be fun "as defined by Flappy Bob." Flappy then says his new definition of fun is everything being normal again! The Pixies are forced to give up. H.P. tears up the contract. He uses his phone to turn Earth and Fairy World back to normal.

Happy Ending

Wanda brings Flappy his parents. They had been looking for him for 37 years! Wanda was able to do this because of another loophole. Cosmo and Wanda are reunited. Everything seems normal. But then Happy Peppy Gary and Betty open a new Learnatorium. Cosmo and Wanda use their magic to make it fun. They put on a concert with "Kids Just Being Kids Reprise." The kids' parents finally see how much fun their children are having. They decide to join in the fun too!
