Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor. He is famous for his amazing voice work in many cartoons and video games. You might know him as the voice of Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life or Mr. Crocker from The Fairly OddParents. He also voiced Spyro in the first Spyro the Dragon game.
Carlos is also known for playing Deputy James Garcia in the live-action TV show Reno 911!. He has brought many beloved characters to life with his voice!

Early Life and Beginnings
Carlos Jaime Alazraqui was born in Yonkers, New York on July 20, 1962. His parents were from Argentina. When he was young, his family moved to Concord, California.
He went to college at California State University, Sacramento from 1982 to 1986. This is where he started trying out stand-up comedy at open mic nights. After winning a competition in his fourth year, Carlos used his prize money to move to Los Angeles and chase his dreams.

Stand-Up Comedy Success
Carlos Alazraqui started his career doing stand-up comedy. He was very good at it! In 1993, he won the San Francisco Comedy Competition. This was a big deal because he beat other famous comedians like Marc Maron and Patton Oswalt.
TV Shows and Movies
Carlos is well-known for his acting in Reno 911!. He played Deputy James Garcia for five seasons, from 2003 to 2008. He also played this role in the movie Reno 911! Miami in 2007.
In 2020, he returned as Deputy James Oswaldo Garcia for the seventh season of Reno 911!. He also appeared in the 2021 movie Reno 911! The Hunt for QAnon. The show's eighth season, called Reno 911! Defunded, came out in 2022.
Carlos also played Mr. Crocker again in The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. This is a live-action show that continues the story of The Fairly OddParents. It started in 2022.
