When Scooter came to Earth, he became good friends with a young human named Nick Burns. They are very similar in many ways. However, Scooter is quite a coward sometimes. Nick often has to encourage his Gobot friend to be brave in tough situations. Scooter seems to be the youngest Guardian, both in how he looks and acts.
The Guardians set up a lab on Earth to test their power suits. Renegades, led by Cy-Kill, tried to trick Scooter. They wanted him to sabotage the lab and destroy himself. Luckily, Scooter was freed from their control. The Guardians, including Scooter, defended their lab from the Renegade attack.
Scooter also helped form a giant robot called Courageous. This happened in the episode "Ultra Zod." He wore a special Power Suit to combine with other Guardians. Courageous then defeated the powerful Ultra Zod.
In another adventure, Cy-Kill and his Renegades used robot copies of the Guardians. They tried to trick everyone on Gobotron. Scooter and Small Foot were key in figuring out the plan. Scooter used a hologram of Zod to scare the Renegades away. The real Guardians then defeated their robot duplicates.
In the episode "Tarnished Image," Doctor Go made a device for the Renegades. This device let them look like Guardians. Cy-Kill, Crasher, and Cop-Tur pretended to be Leader-1, Scooter, and Turbo. They caused trouble on Earth. The real Guardians were blamed and sent away. But they eventually proved the Renegades were behind the attacks.
Scooter appeared in "Return of Gobotron." He received a Power Suit from the Last Engineer. This suit gave him the power of telekinesis, which means moving things with his mind. He combined with other suits and a ship to form Courageous again. This helped defeat a large fleet of Renegade ships.
Scooter and Small Foot went to a car stunt show with Nick and A.J. Renegades attacked the show. Scooter decided he needed more firepower. He had Baron Von Joy replace his hologram projector with a blaster. But he soon realized his hologram projector was more useful. He had it put back in place.
Scooter also helped the Rock Lord Boulder on the planet Cordax.
