Shanag was a small meat-eating dinosaur. It lived long ago during the Early Cretaceous period. This dinosaur was a type of dromaeosaur, just like its famous cousin, the Velociraptor.
When fully grown, Shanag was about 1.5 meters (about 5 feet) long. It weighed around five kilograms (about 11 pounds).
