In 2010, Silvia decided to move to Los Angeles to build her acting career in the heart of the movie industry.

Once in the United States, Silvia studied acting at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio. She started getting roles in major films, including small parts in The Wolf of Wall Street by director Martin Scorsese and Jersey Boys by director Clint Eastwood.
