Snow Patrol is a popular alternative rock band. They come from Scotland and Northern Ireland. The band is based in Glasgow. They are signed with Polydor Records. Snow Patrol started as an indie rock band. Over time, their music changed to include more alternative rock and pop songs. The band has released six albums. These include Songs for Polarbears and Final Straw. Other albums are When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up, Eyes Open, A Hundred Million Suns, and Fallen Empires. Their album Eyes Open won an award. It was named Best Irish Album at the National Irish Music Awards.
