The Stemmons Corridor (sometimes called Lower Stemmons) is an area in northwest Dallas, Texas, USA. It has many businesses and factories.

A big road called Interstate 35E (or I-35E) runs through it. This road is also known as the Stemmons Freeway. It was named after Leslie Stemmons by his son, John M. Stemmons. The corridor is located north of downtown. It's west of Oak Lawn, east of the Trinity River and Irving. It is also south of the Elm Fork of the Trinity River.

This area has many hotels and tall office buildings. About 20% of all the property taxes collected in Dallas come from this district. I-35E in Dallas is currently the widest freeway in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It has 16 lanes in total, including 10 main lanes and 6 access lanes. This wide road stretches from the Woodall Rodgers Expressway in Downtown Dallas to the State Highway 183 split. I-35E is one of the busiest freeways in the country.
