Stephen Lee "Steve" Viksten (July 19, 1960 – June 23, 2014) was an American television producer, writer, and voice actor. He was famous for his work on many popular animated shows. Kids especially know him for his role in the Nickelodeon series Hey Arnold!.

Career in Animation
Steve Viksten was a talented writer, producer, and voice actor. He is best known for his work on the animated series Hey Arnold!. On this show, he helped create the series and wrote many episodes. He also provided the voice for the character Oskar Kokoshka.
Besides Hey Arnold!, Viksten wrote episodes for other well-known cartoons. These included Rugrats, Recess, and Duckman. His last writing credit was for an episode of The Simpsons. He co-wrote the "Homer Scissorhands" episode in 2011.

Steve Viksten passed away on June 23, 2014, in Roseville, California. He was 53 years old. His passing was due to a serious health issue.
