Summerlin South is a special kind of community in Clark County, Nevada, United States. It's called a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that looks like a town but isn't officially a city.
Summerlin South is located on the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. It's right next to the beautiful Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
