Takeshi Kamo (born February 8, 1915 – died March 26, 2004) was a Japanese soccer player. He played as a forward. Takeshi Kamo was part of the Japan national team. His brother, Shogo Kamo, also played for the national team.

Takeshi Kamo was born in Hamamatsu, Japan. This was on February 8, 1915. He went to Waseda University. While he was a student there, he became a national soccer player.
Playing for Japan
In 1936, Takeshi Kamo was chosen for the Japan team. They went to the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany.

His first game was on August 4 against Sweden. Japan won this game in an amazing comeback. This was Japan's first Olympic soccer victory. It was a historic win against a very strong team. People in Japan later called it the "Miracle of Berlin."
