Tayshia Adams, born on September 4, 1990, is an American television personality and host. She became well-known after appearing on The Bachelor in 2019. She also appeared on Bachelor in Paradise. In November 2020, Tayshia became the main star, or "Bachelorette," on The Bachelorette. She later co-hosted the show for two more seasons.

Early Life and School
Tayshia Adams grew up in Santa Ana, California. Her parents are Desmond and Rosario Adams. She has three siblings. Tayshia was a Girl Scout for 12 years. She finished high school at Rosary Academy in 2008. Then, she went to Concordia University Irvine and earned a degree in biology in 2012.
During her first week of college in 2008, Tayshia was hit by a truck. She had to learn to walk again in the hospital. She missed several months of school. It took about two years for her to walk normally without constant pain. In 2011, she was in another accident. A distracted driver hit her car on the highway. She had pain for five years after this. Tayshia says that physical therapy helped her recover.
Before becoming a TV star, Tayshia worked as a phlebotomist. This is someone who draws blood for tests.

Television Appearances
Tayshia has been a guest co-host on E! Daily Pop. She hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted show on June 5, 2022. In July 2022, she played against Matt James on the game show The $100,000 Pyramid. In March 2023, she co-hosted the Live From E!: Oscars After Party special.
In May 2023, it was announced that Tayshia would be on a new competition show. It is called The Goat on Amazon Freevee. The show features popular reality television stars. They go through challenges to win a cash prize. The show started on May 9, 2024. Tayshia was the second person voted off the show. She also had her first acting role in 2024. Helping Others
Tayshia works with Christian humanitarian organization World Vision. She helps support two children, one in Kenya and one in Honduras, through World Vision. In 2022, she traveled to Moldova to visit Ukrainian refugees. In December 2022, Tayshia designed a special purse for World Vision. It was called "All Things Possible." The money raised from the purse helps people affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In 2023, Tayshia volunteered for Feeding America on Thanksgiving. She helped at the Urban Outreach Center in New York City.
Personal Life
Tayshia married Josh Bourelle in 2015. They divorced in 2017. In 2020, she got engaged to Zac Clark after they met on The Bachelorette. They broke up in November 2021.
Tayshia is interested in real estate, architecture, and interior design. In 2024, she completed her second New York City Marathon.
