Tayshia Adams was born on September 4, 1990. She is an American television personality and host. Many people know her from appearing on TV shows like The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise. Later, she became the main star, called the Bachelorette, on The Bachelorette. She also helped host The Bachelorette for two seasons.

Early Life and School
Tayshia grew up in Santa Ana, California. Her parents are Desmond and Rosario Adams. Her father is African-American and her mother is Mexican. Tayshia says she is biracial, meaning she has parents from two different backgrounds. She has three brothers and sisters. For 12 years, she was a Girl Scout.
Tayshia finished high school at Rosary Academy in 2008. She then went to Concordia University Irvine and earned a degree in biology in 2012. During her first week of college, she was hit by a truck. She had to learn how to walk again and missed a lot of school. She worked hard in physical therapy to get better.
Before becoming a TV star, Tayshia worked as a phlebotomist. This is a person who draws blood for tests.

Tayshia has been a guest host on E! Daily Pop. She also hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted show in June 2022. She competed on the game show The $100,000 Pyramid in July 2022. In March 2023, she helped host the Live From E!: Oscars After Party special.
In May 2023, it was shared that Tayshia would be on a new competition show called The Goat. This show features popular reality television stars. They go through challenges to win a cash prize. Tayshia was married to Josh Bourelle from 2015 to 2017. After meeting on The Bachelorette, she became engaged to Zac Clark in 2020. They later broke up in November 2021.
